Welcome to Loughton Manor First School!

We are an infant school and nursery in Loughton,

Milton Keynes.

We welcome children to from Reception to Year 2 in our school, and the year prior to Reception in our nursery provision. 

School Tour Dates 

We have tour dates available for prospective parents of children due to start school in September 2027. They are:

Friday 9 October, 1pm (fully booked)

Wednesday 14 October, 9am

Thursday 15 October, 1pm

Wednesday 4 November, 9am

Thursday 5 November, 1:15pm

Tuesday 10 November, 9am

Spaces on each tour are limited and booking is required. â€‹

It was a strong start to the new school year! On Saturday 12 September, Year 1 teamed up with MK Brass to showcase some fantastic singing and dancing that they have been working so hard on with our wonderful volunteer and former headteacher, Ms Bancroft. A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this special performance possible.

(gates close at 8:35am for Foundation, Y1 and Y2; 

9am for Monkeys)

32.5 hours per week

Become a Governor

We are looking for candidates to fill the vacancies we have on our Governing Board. If you'd be interested in giving a couple of hours a month, we'd love to hear from you. â€‹â€‹

Support for Our Community

​

We know that times are hard for many people, and getting tougher. We want Loughton Manor to be a hub of support and help for anyone in our school community who needs it. We have our own food bank for people to donate to, and help themselves to, in the main reception area.

School Facilities Available for Hire

Community Groups Welcome!

Are you looking for a comfortable, well-equipped space for your choir, musical ensemble, dance group, or other community activity? We have availability for local groups to meet and rehearse in a welcoming environment.

​

Availability:

  • Weekday evenings

  • Weekends (with some exceptions)​
     

​​​​Our facilities include:

  • A large hall with an integrated sound system (Bluetooth enabled)

  • Chairs and tables available on site

  • A fully equipped kitchen

  • Competitive hourly or session rates
